This Oak framed Garden Room Extension near Braintree in Essex incorporates a wine cellar, and has an Oak staircase to the first floor mezzanine which is used as a Home Office.

The project was Design and Build and included Planning, Listed Building Consent, Building Regulations, Demolition of existing structures, and all the building work and finishing, including integration with the Spiral Cellar company.

Essential to the success of this project was marrying up the finished floor levels between the existing house, extension floor, and wine cellar, for a continuous new limestone floor over under floor heating
